1. Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
